Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise security guards and monitor daily security operations
- Ensure the safety of company employees, visitors, premises, and assets
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials
- Maintain visitor registers, gate passes, and security documentation
- Monitor CCTV and access-control systems, where applicable
- Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities
- Coordinate emergency responses and report incidents to management
- Ensure proper security arrangements during working and non-working hours
