Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an energetic, exceptionally well-spoken, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate for our retail shop specializing in clothing, lifestyle accessories, and premium gift items. The ideal candidate must possess excellent conversational skills to interact politely and professionally with our upscale client base.
- Greet walk-in customers warmly, engage them in polite, well-spoken conversation to understand their style preferences, and assist them in selecting clothing, lifestyle accessories, and gift items.
- Communicate product features, sizing options, and styling suggestions clearly and confidently to customers.
- Operate the POS billing software/machine efficiently to process cash, card, and MFS (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) payments.
- Perform daily dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing of display shelves, clothes racks, counters etc.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising by organizing garment racks, accessory stands, and gift displays.
- Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and assist in inventory counting, receiving, and restocking.
