Responsibilities & Context
Greet and guide walk-in customers effectively.
Explain product features, benefits, and finance offers.
Convert inquiries into bookings and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer database and update CRM tools.
Ensure clean and attractive product displays.
Coordinate with delivery and back-office for smooth handovers.
Support billing, documentation, and registration processes.
Gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs.
Uphold showroom discipline, grooming, and SOP compliance.
