Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
- 12 to 15 years

Responsibilities & Context
Implement Procurement Policy in line with DPW Global Procurement Policy.
Communicate with Senior Management and HO Procurement.
Develop KPIs for the staff and periodic measurement of KPIs with actual performance.
Approve and manage the Annual/Quarterly Procurement plan with greater emphasis on balancing timely availability vs. unnecessary blockages of money in stock.
Manage and drive Government relationship to the extent required for all procurement functions and Free zone laws.
Ensure automatization of procurement process and retaining relevant documents to establish efficiency and transparency in procurement process.
Control and manage all Procurement activities for tendering, auctions, contracts and vendor management.
Manage, and evaluate international & local Contracts [supply, services] for all significant procurements according to international standards and Egyptian law.
Keep a close watch on currency fluctuation in all major International Procurements.
Manage effective working and enhancement of all ERP applications systems relating to Procurement functions [Oracle Fusion System & Maximo system].
Carry out outsourcing strategy/development/management
Manage; evaluate leases equipment, terminal trucks, Reach stacker, loaders, Forklifts, Cranes and machines agreement for long and short term.
Rent or buy evaluation and decision/recommendation to senior management.
Oversee management of fleet supply inventory to ensure minimum required stock holdings and prevent inventory obsolescence.
Manage and monitor vendor development management and Identify proper vendors & contractors in products/services to be in line with DPW commitment toward green initiative.
Initiate Cost Reduction/Management Program and Plans.
Evaluate the situation and rectify/cancel over aged PR/PO duly documented and approved
Support procurement team to be able to create services contract and supply agreement.
Train the team to mitigate the supply risk and achieve secure supply chain cycle
Comply to Health and safety regulations
