Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and monitor the Depot Officers and Store Officers to ensure smooth operation of the depots.
Conduct depot audit on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Take necessary steps to prevent financial anomalies.
Conduct depots and market visit on a regular basis.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on depot operations.
Follow up market collection.
Ensure proper credit control matrix of depot.
Maintain liaison and coordinate with sales, distribution and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Manage the depot`s budget effectively and ensure cost-effective operations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Prepare different types of reports and provide as per requirements.
